01 — Collection
From the growing region
Raw material is bought against a written specification, inspected on arrival and rejected at the gate when it misses. Every consignment carries its region of origin through to the finished lot.
02 — Extraction
Standardised, not approximated
Solvent, ratio and assay are fixed before production starts. In-process controls hold the active percentage inside the agreed band rather than reporting whatever came out of the vessel.
03 — Packing
Sealed with its record
25 kg fibre drums, double polyethylene liner, palletised and stretch-wrapped. The certificate of analysis for that lot is issued before the drums leave the floor.
